Technical Writer (Coral Gables, Florida): draft user-friendly installation guides, product manuals, brochures, newsletters, marketing materials, digital bulletins and online content for all Yacht Controller products; study drawings, specifications, mockups, and product samples to understand all technical aspects of products; responsible for selecting photographs, drawings, diagrams, charts, and sketches to illustrate written material; Study troubleshooting problems and review customers’ complaints for contents of technical bulletins; daily contact with sales team, qual control, and engineers; design promotional campaigns. Reqs: BS/BA in Business Communications plus two years experience in pos offered OR alternatively four years experience in pos offered.
